Rod Carew Baseball (RCB) was founded in January 2010. It is committed to being the premier baseball/softball company dedicated to the art and science of hitting. The Company develops, manufactures, and markets the finest hitting and training tools to improve a player’s hitting skills. RCB's flagship product is the GAPHitter - the ultimate hitting aid.
The Company’s corporate offices are located in Chicago, IL, with satellite offices in Boston and Los Angeles.
Rod Carew is a living legend in baseball. He played 19-seasons in Major League Baseball – 12 with the Minnesota Twins and 7 with the California Angels. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on the first ballot, July 21, 1991.
The GAPHitter was developed through several iterations. It has been tested by players and teams – from youth to pros, and has proved to be successful improving the batting techniques and hitting skills for players of all ages.
